| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: PMP2 is a small basic protein, belonging to the fatty-acid binding protein (FABP) family and is one of the major proteins of peripheral myelin. It appears to be involved in the transport of fatty acids or the metabolism of myelin lipids, and has been shown to have lipid-binding activity. PMP2 protein may have an important role in the organization of compact myelin. Function: May play a role in lipid transport protein in Schwann cells. May bind cholesterol. Subunit: Monomer. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Similarity: Belongs to the calycin superfamily. Fatty-acid binding protein (FABP) family.
