| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | 細(xì)胞周期蛋白依賴性激酶8（CDK8）是細(xì)胞周期的調(diào)控因子，可激活周期素C（Cyclin C），作用于G1/S期，調(diào)控正常細(xì)胞周期。CDK8連同Cyclin ，Med12和Med13構(gòu)成中介體復(fù)合物，廣泛參與RNA聚合酶II和基因特異轉(zhuǎn)錄因子間的信息傳遞，既可激活轉(zhuǎn)錄又可抑制轉(zhuǎn)錄。此外， CDK8可以激活Wnt/β-catenin和Notch等多種信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路，從而誘導(dǎo)直腸癌，黑色素瘤等惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生和轉(zhuǎn)移。最近研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，CDK8基因活性的阻斷能夠在極大程度上降低癌細(xì)胞的葡萄糖利用率。 |
