| 產品介紹 | QSOX1屬于FAD依賴的巰基氧化酶家族，是一種非典型的二硫化物催化劑。QSOX1主要定位于人類胚胎成纖維細胞中的高爾基體和內質網（ER），它與蛋白質二硫鍵異構酶（PDI）協同作用，以幫助將新生蛋白質折疊在細胞中。QSOX1主要在心臟，胎盤，肺，肝，骨骼肌，胰腺中表達，在腦和腎臟中表達非常弱。有研究發現，腫瘤細胞中QSOX1表達的增加，使腫瘤細胞能夠積極規避由活性氧介導的細胞凋亡機制。 |
