產品介紹 Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is an enzyme commonly used as an indicator for chemical reactions which produce peroxide. The enzyme is routinely conjugated to antibodies for use in enzyme-based immunoassay systems. HRP functions in the removal of H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide), oxidation of toxic reductants, biosynthesis and degradation of lignin, suberization, auxin catabolism, response to environmental stresses such as wounding, pathogen attack and oxidative stress. These functions might be dependent on each isozyme/isoform in each plant tissue.

辣根過氧化物酶（Horseradish Peroxidase, HRP, CAS號：9003-99-0)是一種含有血卟啉基的植物糖蛋白，分子量約44 Kda。

　 HRP可催化過氧化氫等過氧化物與色素的氧化還原反應生成有色產物，因此，作為抗體等生物探針的標記酶廣泛用于免疫學、組織學、病理學、醫學診斷、細胞與分子生物學等的酶標記實驗。
